Da Vinci caviar is obtained from the sturgeon of the Adriatic, an Italian species typical of the Adriatic Sea and of the main streams of the Padano-Venetia, Dalmatia and western Greece. On average, it takes at least 10 years to wait and is prepared according to the traditional recipe.
