Oscietra Imperial caviar comes from the Russian sturgeon (an ancient species native to the Caspian Sea, the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov). Medium-sized, it can weigh between 20 and 60 kg. It takes at least 11 years of waiting to get this caviar.
